1st Real Estate - Immobiliari Agency was established in March of 1992, when in Albania
and in Tirana was no free market-purchases and leases of real estates.
At that time there was almost a complete lack of legal basis for conducting transactions and was only
a limited number of private homes that would legally be sold or rented by
legal contracts. The process of privatization of state housing, restitution of property to former owners,
brought a lot of feeds on the market of real estate. Our agency has followed step by step the entire real estate's legal dynamics, operating only with those properties that had legal completed documentation and
excluding those assets with questionable legal status.

Despite the enormous vicissitudes that property and ownership has passed in Albania, until now, not even one of our customers,
who has conducted transactions through us; seller or buyer, landlord or tenant hasn't ever gone to court.
This is due to prior verification we have made ​​to any property, excluding any assets of questionable legal status.
